It also includes bookings through the end of this year for an instant cash flow that you may keep if you wish. The owner is able to use this space for personal use up to 84 days per year. No guest, or owner, may stay more than 29 days in a row. The HOA fee covers ALL utilities, cable tv, intenet, and maintenance of the entire building's exterior and grounds.
